Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for direct therapy with children in the CORE program, implementing treatment plans and intervention strategies using ABA principles, collecting data, and ensuring client safety. This role requires physical ability to engage with children and maintain effective communication and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and completed an approved 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List
- 2+ years of experience in providing ABA services and completed 40+ hours of approved training related to ABA
- BCaBA, RBT, BCAT, or other approved behavior analysis certification
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CredibleBH or other similar electronic medical record applications
- 1+ years of direct care experience or supervised practice
