Behavioral Health Technician (Full-time Eve)

Job Summary
Facilitate therapeutic activity groups, assist clients in managing eating disorders, and maintain a recovery-oriented environment within the residential and inpatient milieu. Partner with the multi-disciplinary team on care plans, support structured outings, and enforce appropriate policies while conducting hourly room checks. Monitor bathroom use and exercise per treatment direction, documenting observations and reports in charts. Participate in therapeutic meals and snacks as part of daily support. This role supports the vision of lasting recovery through compassionate, evidence-based care for clients at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to drive
- Associate degree or higher or at least 2 years of healthcare experience in a similar position/ related field
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related field
- Relevant certification or licensure
- Previous direct mental health experience
