Behavioral Health Technician - Full-Time

Job Summary
Monitor patients and facility grounds, conduct safety checks, and communicate with medical staff for attention needs while ensuring adherence to facility rules and documenting incidents. Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with company policies. Maintain respectful interactions with patients, offering emotional support and referring clinical concerns to therapy staff. Share relevant patient information with the Team Leader and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care. Assist in patient transport, group coordination, and recreational activities, while supervising supplies and managing discharge preparations. Work full-time, 6 PM to 6:30 AM, three shifts per week in Stuart, FL. Join a nationally recognized organization dedicated to expanding access to compassionate addiction and mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
- Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant behavioral health certification
- Work experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health treatment
- Experience working with patients at various levels of care, with an emphasis on detox and residential levels of care
- An associate's degree or higher
