Job Summary
Facilitates therapeutic activity groups and Milieu support for residents with eating disorders, assists clients in acquiring skills to manage their condition, escorts clients to appointments, and maintains client confidentiality. Performs clinical documentation, participates in supervision and trainings, and contributes to a recovery-oriented residential/inpatient milieu during Evening Shift (3:30pm–12:00am) on a Full-Time basis. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience and certifications (BLS, First Aid, WA Food Handler permit) preferred; valid driver’s license may be required for residential sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or higher or at least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred (paraprofessional, mental health technician, recovery coach)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field; relevant certification/licensure preferred
- 6+ months of direct client care/milieu experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Washington State Department of Health Food Handler permit within 30 days of hire (Residential site in WA)
