Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams while maintaining professional boundaries during genuine mentorship. This year-round, full-time role at Calo Programs combines clinical care with adventure-based therapies like hiking, art, and yoga to help teens overcome trauma. Weekend availability is required, and shifts include day, mid, and overnight options.
