Job Summary
Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teens as they arise. Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere while communicating important observations and updates to the Program Director. At end of shift, document client progress notes daily. With an empathetic heart, encourage teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications for adolescents ages 12-17. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to guide teens in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, and fitness. This full-time, on-site role supports the mission to reduce anxiety, depression, and suicide among teens by 2028.
Required Qualifications
- Age: 21+ years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D
- Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Human Services
- Quick decision-making skills

- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws
