Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, and personal development while ensuring a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment. Engage in group therapy, team-building activities, and on- and off-campus experiences that promote healing and resilience. Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams and maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship to teens overcoming trauma. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend availability and includes day, mid, and overnight shifts. Calo Programs combines clinical care with experiential therapies like hiking and art to help students thrive in a nationally recognized residential treatment center.
