Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams and maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship to teens overcoming trauma. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend availability and includes day, mid, and overnight shifts. Calo Programs combines clinical care with experiential therapies like hiking and art to help students thrive in a nationally recognized residential treatment center.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass background checks and physical
