Job Summary
Provide IBHS services to children and youth (ages 2-21) in home, school, and community settings under supervision of certified Behavior Analysts. Implement treatment plans, collect daily data, and complete daily notes. Requires completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training; RBT certification preferred. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a human-services field preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma is required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances; Safety-Care certification is a plus
- Experience with children/youth; ages 2-21; ability to work with challenging behaviors
