Job Summary
Implement treatment plans, collect daily data, and complete daily notes for children and youth ages 2-21 with behavioral health diagnoses across home, school, and community settings under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. This hourly position requires a high school diploma, one year of experience working with children, and completion of 40 hours of RBT training, with RBT certification and current clearances preferred. Full-time or part-time schedules are available in Pittston, PA, with flexible hours based on client availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service area
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- A minimum of one-year of recent experience working with children and/or youth
- Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
- Safety-Care certification
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service area preferred
- Experience working with challenging behaviors is highly preferred
- RBT certification
- Safety-Care certification is a plus
