Job Summary
Provide IBHS behavioral health services to children and youth ages 2-21 in homes, schools, and clinics under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. Implement treatment plans, collect daily data, and complete daily notes. Requires a High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area is preferred. Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training; current clearances; RBT certification is preferred. W2 position with benefits; flexible schedules and opportunities for career growth and development are offered. The role is based in the Clarks Summit, PA area and involves working with children/youth with behavioral health diagnoses.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma is required
- A minimum of one-year of recent experience working with children and/or youth
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
