Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide IBHS services to children/youth ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings. Role entails implementing treatment plans, collecting daily data, and completing daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. Location: Exton, PA. Schedule offers part-time or full-time hours; hourly pay with pay-for-hours worked. Position includes W2 status with benefits for full-time, paid time off, holidays, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification and BCBA supervision support. Qualifications include a High School diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), minimum one year of experience with children/youth, completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training (RBT certification preferred), current clearances (within 6 months), and Safety-Care certification a plus.
