Job Summary
Provide one-on-one behavioral health services to children/adolescents on the autism spectrum as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)/RBT. Assist BCBA with data collection, up-to-date graphs, and progress notes; create session materials and stimuli. Requires Bachelor’s or AA degree with related experience, on-site roles in Bethlehem, PA, and opportunities for training to obtain RBT certification. Has full-time and part-time opportunities with a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, and 401k. Travel to cases based on geographic location. Training provided to support certification; extensive onboarding and ongoing professional development in a growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/AA degree (60 credits)
- previous experience preferred but not required
- prior experience working with children required
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- completed background clearances prior to date of hire
- on-site work at client location
- willingness to travel to cases based on geographic location
- ability to kneel, squat, crouch, sit, stand as part of working with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems
