Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides safety, care, and a therapeutic milieu for clients in a structured treatment environment across 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring client safety, supervising activities, documenting client behaviors and progress, supporting treatment goals, de-escalating crises, maintaining an organized milieu, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client care. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain); prior behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred.
