Job Summary
Provide direct support and supervision in a structured behavioral health treatment environment, ensuring client safety and well-being. Responsibilities include monitoring client behaviors and progress, documenting observations, supporting therapeutic interventions, de-escalating crises, maintaining a therapeutic milieu, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Role requires strong communication, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for helping individuals in recovery. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred. Schedule includes multiple shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
