Job Summary
Provide direct support to patients in structured daily programming, monitor safety and environment, conduct regular safety checks and observe patient needs, document observations and incidents, transport patients to program and community appointments, and perform UDS and breathalyzer testing as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health treatment team in SUD and mental health programs; role requires empathy, strong communication, and professional conduct, with 12-hour shifts and opportunities across FT/PT/PRN schedules in Seminole, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ Equivalent
- Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in high-stress or crisis situations.
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Driving roles require: valid driver's license, 3-year record of safe driving, minimum age of 21, and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements
