Job Summary
Provide structured daily programming and group coordination for Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) at Banyan Treatment Centers. Build trust-based relationships with patients to reinforce engagement and progress; monitor patients and facility environment including safety checks; document observations, safety checks, and incidents; conduct vital signs measurement; perform UDS and breathalyzer testing; transport patients to appointments; support crisis prevention and therapeutic program delivery; collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team; maintain professionalism and empathy under high-stress conditions; and contribute to day-to-day facility operations. Role supports various schedules (full-time, part-time, per diem) with a shift differential after 7 PM, and requires HS diploma/equivalent, valid driver’s license, and age 21+.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- 3-year safe driving history
