Job Summary
Connect with new participants, whether on-site, incarcerated, or hospitalized, to obtain referral information and necessary solutions. Teach recovery and life skills using recovery tools while cultivating connectedness in the person's life. Assess emergency situations, notify supervisors of challenges, and respond calmly to prevent harm. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, linen changes, room restocking, and accompanying patients to the restroom. Complete clinical documentation as required and develop community resources for education and referrals. Maintain compliance with the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies as an active team member communicating care plans. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or GED
- Healthcare student or comparable work experience in a health care environment
- BLS - Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
- Safety-Care Specialist
- Minimum of 18 years of age
