Job Summary
Monitor the safety, security, sobriety and transportation of Victory Bay’s clients in various levels of treatment; assist in implementing treatment plan goals and behavioral interventions (coping skills, emotional regulation, tailored behavioral modification); transport clients to treatment facilities and back, document observations in shift notes, and maintain an organized schedule; provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed; conduct intake-related searches, manage keys, and support group sessions while building meaningful client relationships and upholding professional boundaries; adherence to policies, state and federal regulations, and the EHR system; availability for flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with specialized mental health training or experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health area preferred
- 2-4 years' experience working in a Mental Health Treatment Facility
- BHT certification highly desirable
- Current CPR certification highly desirable
- Narcan training highly desirable
- Valid driver license
