Job Summary
Deliver one-to-one behavioral health services to youth aged 2–24 across home, school, and community settings. Follow personalized treatment plans designed by a supervising Behavioral Consultant to promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development. Set clear boundaries to reduce service dependence while providing parent training and caregiver support. Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress throughout Pennsylvania. Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in a recovery-oriented environment. This full-time role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges, guiding them toward independence and stability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
- CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
