Job Summary
Provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children and adolescents aged 2-24 with serious emotional or behavioral disturbances, traveling daily to clients' homes, schools, or service locations. Implement prescribed treatment plans, deliver behavioral interventions and consequences, and set boundaries to prevent dependency while educating parents and professionals on utilizing these skills. Offer culturally competent support, positive reinforcement, and training to improve independent functioning. Requires BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT certification with two years of prior experience. Required Qualifications
- Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT
- 2 years' prior Behavior Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
- High School diploma or equivalent and completed the 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification
- Minimum of 2 years-experience providing Behavioral Health services
