Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide or assist with direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions. Observe and record patient behavior and activities; report changes in condition and suggest modifications to the treatment plan. Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintain PPE and standard precautions; demonstrate strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to multitask and take direction effectively.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English
