Job Summary
Conduct screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills training, and case management for seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential environment. Deliver individual and group counseling services, pre-vocational training, and crisis intervention while creating a recovery-based atmosphere. Maintain related documentation and ensure strict adherence to drug-free workplace policies, including mandatory MVR and fingerprint clearances. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 1pm to 11pm in Bullhead City with a shift differential. This role supports Southwest Behavioral Health Services' mission of delivering compassionate, life-changing services across Arizona's diverse communities.
Required Qualifications
- 22-year age
- High School Diploma/GED
- six months of full-time Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience
- related Associate's degree
- six weeks of full-time Behavioral Health/integrated health experience
- non-related Associate's degree
- one year of full-time behavioral health/integrated health experience
- related bachelor's degree
- non-related bachelor's degree
- six months of relevant experience in behavioral health
- MVR clearance
- fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire
- drug screening
