Job Summary
Oversee one location program in Stroudsburg by coordinating services for individuals with mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities across residential, school, workplace, and community settings. Supervise and direct paraprofessional and clinical staff, standardize procedures, and ensure compliance with Person Centered Plans. Manage first responder on-call duties 24/7/365, coordinate service authorization requests, and complete daily full service documentation. Provide clinical supervision, conduct hiring and training, and address employee complaints. Requires a Qualified Professional license or Master's/Bachelor's degree in human services with relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and completion of criminal background checks and drug testing.

Desired Qualifications
- Employee supervisory experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Master's degree in a human service field
- One year of full-time post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field
- Two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served
- Bachelor's degree in a field other than human services
- Four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served
- License, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession
