Job Summary
Deliver direct supportive services to residents in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. Responsible for providing direct care to residents who experience severe and persistent mental illness; works to support residents’ well-being per individualized plans. Requires knowledge of mental illness/behavioral health needs, ability to implement interventions, and adherence to safety and documentation procedures. Training provided, including Oregon Intervention System (OIS), CPR and First Aid, and Medication Administration. Prior experience with mental health conditions and a valid Oregon driver’s license are required; the role includes shift coverage (including mornings, evenings, and on-call relief) and compensation reflects hourly wage with overtime potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check screening
- Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions
