Behavioral Health Supervisor

Oversee Behavioral Health Technician activities across all treatment modalities during scheduled shifts, collaborating with the Charge Nurse to ensure quality patient care. Provide departmental orientation to new hires, manage competency demonstrations and training completion, and conduct shift reports with the Behavioral Health Manager. Execute patient transportation or schedule staff, complete inventory and store runs, and assist with intake procedures. Ensure implementation of behavioral health protocols and maintain accurate, timely documentation including patient checks and incident reports. Attend facility meetings as appropriate. Requires an Associate's degree with three years of behavioral health experience or a Bachelor's degree with one year of patient care experience, plus a valid driving record and relevant certifications.
