Plan, coordinate, and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients. Function as a staff nurse when needed and assume delegated managerial duties. Maintain current RN licensure and complete required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or unit-specific modules within the department's timeframe.
