Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients. Function as a staff nurse when needed and assume delegated managerial duties. Maintain current RN licensure and obtain required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or unit-specific modules within the department's timeframe. Work 32+ hours per pay period with access to medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, and matched retirement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- 2 years' experience in patient care is required
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisor experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
