Behavioral Health Supervisor- Mercy South

Plan, coordinate, and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients. Function as a staff nurse as needed and assume delegated managerial duties. Maintain current RN licensure and obtain required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or NRP within department timeframes. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, including physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs and prolonged standing.
