Job Summary
Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas. Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients, functioning as a staff nurse as needed while assuming delegated managerial duties. Maintain a current RN license and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Requires 2 years of patient care experience, with supervisor experience preferred. Position demands physical capabilities including lifting 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and walking during shifts. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- 2 years' experience in patient care is required
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisor experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
