Job Summary
Oversee daily behavioral health program operations, staffing, and departmental coordination to ensure patient care and program efficiency. Coach and develop team members through ongoing training, performance feedback, and mentorship. Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care by collaborating with the broader healthcare team to execute clinical goals and treatment plans. Deliver direct patient care as needed, ensuring clinical evaluations and interventions remain accurate and compassionate during high demand. Ensure full operational compliance by directing departmental activities in strict accordance with federal, state, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
- Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience
- 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
