Job Summary
Join Senior CommUnity Care of Colorado PACE as a Behavioral Health Specialist, responsible for organizing and implementing behavioral health services for elderly participants, providing assessments, counseling, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires a Master’s Degree and relevant licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work or counseling
- Legally authorized, currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Minimum of one year’s experience working with frail or elderly population
Desired Qualifications
- Training and/or mentoring experience
- Good public speaking skills
