Behavioral Health Specialist — Maryview Medical Center

Ensure quality patient care by measuring vital signs, maintaining hygiene, assisting with mobility, and supporting unit-based specialty duties. Act as a liaison between the patient and nurse to report changes and share pertinent information. Provide accurate, precise, and timely documentation while completing patient rounding, 15-minute checks, and safety companion services. Collect patient data and complete screenings as applicable. Participate in continued education and in-service training. Schedule includes 36 weekly hours in days or evenings.
