Job Summary
Provide social, emotional, and behavioral support for children and families within Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and referral work. Collaborate with Club staff, public school district personnel, and other public entities to connect families to care; travel to Club sites to work with members and staff. Work within an evidence-based clinical framework, adhere to NASW Code of Ethics, and maintain clinical documentation. Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, at least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred), and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position in Colorado with a pay range of $26.03–$28.63 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in behavior intervention, youth development, and/or small group facilitation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with BGCLC staff, Board Members, volunteers, community groups, and other related agencies
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
