Job Summary
Provide mobile crisis management (MCM) crisis response services in diverse settings (community, doctor's offices, schools, provider offices) as a Behavioral Health Specialist III (QP). This on-call role runs 15-hour shifts from your home or within the county with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek; non-office based and fully remote within the designated counties. Requires Qualified Professional status and at least one year of crisis experience. Compensated at $24.00 per hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus. Serves Rutherford, McDowell, and Mitchell counties with benefits including PTO, health/insurance, 401(k), and well-being programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year crisis experience
- Live in vicinity of Rutherford, McDowell, or Mitchell counties (NC) within MCM program
- Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional (QP)
