Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance misuse assessments, provide individual and group psychotherapy, and offer crisis intervention and relapse prevention counseling. Triage patients based on clinical complexity and make appropriate internal or external referrals to community resources. Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members to address mental health and substance use concerns while maintaining an individual caseload. Utilize evidence-based treatment models, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in peer review processes and quality improvement initiatives. Complete required annual trainings and supervision to support clinical licensure. Work in a flexible schedule with opportunities for both remote and on-site positions at Greater Seacoast Community Health.
Required Qualifications

- The ability to hear and understand verbal communication, including distinguishing subtle differences in tone and sound
- Visual focus and attention to detail
