Job Summary
Provide health readiness services to military personnel as a Behavioral Health Specialist. Responsibilities include supporting Periodic Health Assessments, reviewing Behavioral Health questionnaires, and collaborating with military providers on case-managed patients. Candidates must hold an active Clinical Social Worker or Master Social Worker license, have prior experience in a clinical social health setting, and be available on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Clinical Social Worker license or Master Social Worker license in the state
- Prior experience in a clinical social health setting
- Must have weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with military or veterans - preferred
