Job Summary
Behavioral Health Specialist to deliver NYS-aligned CFTSS CPST and PSR services in the Community and Family Therapeutic Support Services program. Responsibilities include developing and delivering individualized treatment plans, providing strengths-based, solution-focused interventions to children and families in community settings, offering services in individual, group, and/or family formats, coordinating with families, schools, and other provider agencies, and maintaining timely notes. Role emphasizes youth daily living and social/interpersonal skills, community integration, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Based in Ulster County, NY with a Monday–Friday schedule and ongoing training opportunities; requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of applicable human services experience, with a NYS driver license.
