Behavioral Health Scheduler

Answer high volume of incoming calls to assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries. Schedule appointments for multiple behavioral health providers across various locations, manage schedule changes and cancellations, and coordinate interpreters when needed. Verify and update client information, including contact details and insurance, while accurately documenting call details and following up with clients who missed appointments. Collaborate with front desk and department staff to ensure scheduling accuracy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm for 40 hours weekly in an office setting while training.
