Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse at New Oakland Family Centers in Livonia, MI, providing compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital (PHP) and Outpatient Programs (OP). Duties include performing thorough nursing assessments for new admissions, medication administration and record-keeping, urine drug screens coordination, symptom management, crisis response, and patient education. Works collaboratively with medical, clinical, and support teams in a team-based environment; maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation and professional boundaries; participates in daily meetings and other assigned duties to support clinic operations; requires ability to engage diverse populations and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting. Proficiency with computers and EMR systems (Office 365 and EMR), with travel between locations as needed.
