Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse at HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital provides patient-centered nursing care in the behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition at admission and during shifts, performing procedures and documenting care in the medical record, responding to patient needs, coordinating a holistic treatment plan with a multidisciplinary team, and facilitating continuation of care by connecting with community support systems. Qualifications include an ADN or RN Diploma with current RN licensure in the state or a valid compact license; BSN preferred; and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date. This role supports overall departmental performance and patient outcomes within a 445-bed HCA facility in South Carolina.
