Job Summary
Lead the Behavioral Health Referrals team within Dell Medical School’s programs (TCMHCC, CPAN, PeriPAN, TCHATT, YAM) to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant referral processing. Trains and develops staff, oversees workflows, delegates tasks, resolves referral issues, maintains documentation, and collaborates with internal teams and providers to expand referral resources. Requires interprofessional collaboration, experience with electronic medical records, and knowledge of pediatric and perinatal mental health programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related field with at least 4 years of coordinating or administering a program, service operation, care coordination function, or referral-based workflow
