Job Summary
Join a multidisciplinary Integrated Care Team as a Behavioral Health Provider delivering integrated, person-centered behavioral health services within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. Responsibilities include conducting mental health and substance use assessments, creating treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, and crisis intervention. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess NYS licensure or limited permit. Experience in community behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active NYS licensure, limited permit, or ability to obtain required credentialing within 90 days of hire.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and integrated treatment models.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary, integrated care setting.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CCBHC, community behavioral health and/or substance use treatment, hospital setting or integrated care setting.
- Experience working with individuals living with a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
- Demonstrated crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
