Job Summary
Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) responsible for assessment and treatment of youth with mental health issues. Requires Master's in Social Work, active Florida license, and two years experience in school-based settings.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from accredited program in Social Work or related field
- Active license in the State of Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Two years experience in a school-based setting providing behavioral health services to youth age 11 and above
- Experience working with varied populations, including youth in school-based and community settings, the homeless population, and those with substance use and mental disorders
- Experience with electronic health record documentation
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite
- Clean driving record, ability to drive company vehicle(s) as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Integrated Behavioral Health in Community Health (preferred)
- Knowledge of Federal, State and County regulations for FQHCs (preferred)
