Job Summary
Provide screening and assessment to determine client treatment needs, then complete collaborative, culturally sensitive treatment plans with measurable objectives. Document client progress toward therapeutic goals and engage individuals, families, or groups using evidence-based interventions. Be alert to safety risks and actively participate in the Team-Based clinical care model to coordinate whole-person care with multi-disciplinary professionals. Assist clients in developing natural supports, manage time effectively, and maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies. Deliver services in person or via secure tele-behavioral health platforms, including rotational crisis response. Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development while performing other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral health discipline that leads to Colorado licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Registered in the State of Colorado as a Candidate (candidacy position)
- Active License in the State of Colorado as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW (licensed position only)
- Dual Licensure in the State of Colorado as a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC/ACD)
- Ability to work well with special populations along with maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Knowledge of diagnostic methods and models of psychotherapy
- Understanding of ethical principles and mandates
- Commitment to continuous skill development to competently serve individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computing skills (word processing, email, communication platforms, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible work-day hours and occasional after-hour shifts
- Ability to travel within the agency's geographic region and other locations as needed
- Currently registered and in good standing with Colorado's Department of Regulatory Agency (DORA)
- Located in, or willing to relocate to, the area of Fort Morgan, CO to satisfy the in person requirement of the hybrid model
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-Lingual verbal and written fluency, preferred
- Experience with communication tools for hearing-impaired clients (e.g., ASL, captioning technologies) preferred
