Job Summary
Conduct clinical supervision for ITS staff and students, providing constructive feedback, alternative strategies, and processing staff concerns. Oversee daily operations of counseling services, including scheduling, caseload distribution, and service coverage for the Day Treatment program. Monitor productivity, service utilization, and clinical outcomes for all programs under Intensive Treatment Services while ensuring compliance with Agency policy and standards. Provide direct services through group facilitation and individual counseling when clinically indicated, and manage crises including emergency codes, de-escalation, and suicide assessments. Serve as a liaison with the Residential Treatment team, coordinate contractual counseling services, and participate in internal and external outreach efforts. Document billed services via Credible Wireless progress notes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work or other closely related field
- three to five years of experience working with persons with severe and persistent mental health disabilities
- provision of clinical and administrative supervision
- Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisor designation
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory designation
- Current State motor vehicle operator's license
- successfully pass required criminal background check
- successfully pass drug test
- Ability to document personal identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment
