Job Summary
Join Anudek Behavioral Healthcare LLC as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) providing compassionate care in residential settings, with flexible shift options available. This entry-level position requires a high school diploma and various certifications, aiming to support adults in their recovery journey.
Required Qualifications
- United States citizen or have a current work permit
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver's License with clean record and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Is a licensed social worker through the State of Arizona
- Is AHCCCS approved and has at least two BHFR contracts
- Seeks additional 5-bed or 10-bed BHRF contract
- Completes clients assessment within 72 hours of intake
- Prepares treatment plan
- Prepares discharge summary
- Does Clients individual counseling twice a month
- Prepares certification of needs monthly
- Does Clinical oversight of Behavioral Health Technicians
- Signs off on Behavioral Health Technician notes weekly
- Up to date immunization record including Covid
- Negative TB status
- Be willing/able to perform all housekeeping and home maintenance duties
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and handle physical duties
Desired Qualifications
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR Certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
