Job Summary
Behavioral Health Practitioner ARMHS/Targeted Case Management provides direct client care and support, assessing and teaching rehabilitation and independent living skills, developing treatment plans and LOCUS, coordinating services, and advocating for clients. Requires a 4-year degree plus supervised experience or a Master’s in Human Services (licensed clinical supervision provided). Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to transport clients as needed, and work in a team-based, flexible environment with strong communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- Qualify as a Behavioral Health Practitioner as defined by the Minnesota Dept of Human Services (4-year human service degree plus 2000 hours supervised mental health experience, or a Master’s degree in Human Services, or 4,000 hours supervised mental health experience)
