Job Summary

Screen and observe elementary students (grades K–3) for program eligibility, then meet weekly with each eligible child individually or in small groups. Collaborate with families to develop individualized support plans and schedule two parent conferences during the school year. Coordinate with school staff and families to ensure appropriate services while linking families to additional Compass Health programs and resources. Maintain accurate, timely documentation, attend required team meetings, training, and supervision sessions, and meet productivity expectations. This part-time role (approx. 24 hours weekly) works three days a week based on assigned school district schedules.
