Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician is responsible for assessing clients' holistic health needs and conducting psychosocial assessments. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans for youth, adults, and families, and implementing patient care plan activities aimed at promoting independent living. The clinician will also serve as a resource for staff education and participate in case conferences as needed. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in social work, relevant state licensure, and a minimum of one year of experience in a health care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a school of social work accredited by the council on social work education
- Maine Board of Social Work Licensure: LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW or LMSW-CC
- One or more years of experience as a master’s level social worker in a health care setting
- A valid Driver's License and reliable car with insurance
