Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare’s clinical and support programs (IIC, BA, and related services) across home-based, center-based, and telehealth modalities. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, staffing, and program logistics; developing and evaluating operational workflows and SOPs; ensuring compliance with state licensing, HIPAA, and agency policies; supporting audits, chart reviews, and documentation accuracy; leading performance development and staff training; acting as a liaison between administrative, clinical, and executive teams; and coordinating incident reporting, data reporting, and program productivity metrics. The role also involves supervising staff and interns, collaborating with HR and Clinical Leadership, and promoting technology adoption to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health operations, clinical coordination, or program management
- Strong understanding of New Jersey behavioral health regulations
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and case management platforms
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and healthcare technology tools
